By creating an account or using Proof Hunt, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Proof Hunt is a platform that enables creators to exchange authentic endorsements through a bounty system. Users can create bounties requesting endorsements (X posts or testimonials) and complete bounties for other users to earn endorsements in return.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Providing accurate and truthful information
• •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform, including project descriptions, bounties, and testimonials. By posting content, you grant Proof Hunt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with operating the Platform.

You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that such content does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• •Use the Platform to promote illegal activities or harmful content
• •Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• •Attempt to manipulate or game the bounty system
• •Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• •Scrape or collect user data without permission

6. Endorsements and Authenticity

Proof Hunt facilitates the exchange of authentic endorsements. All testimonials and X posts should reflect your genuine experience with the product or service. You agree to actually try or review the projects you endorse. Fake or manufactured endorsements violate these terms and may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Proof Hunt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Platform or its content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OR AUTHENTICITY OF USER-GENERATED ENDORSEMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROOF HUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proof Hunt and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
